When you use a QRP device (for example, usdx), you do not need to set it to 10W, as that tuning power is too high for usdx.
1.ATU: Set ATU [TUNE MIN PWR] to "1W" or "0.1W"
2. usdx: Set it to 2W
3. Perform tuning

After tuning is complete, adjust the normal transmit power (e.g. 10W for QSO)
